Delivery

Orders are usually despatched within 3 working days and delivered with 3-7 working days - dependent on the delivery location. Certain bespoke products can take longer although this only applies to a very small percentage of products on the site. Any details on longer delivery times can be found on the trader or product pages.

Delivery Costs

The majority of delivery charges are between £0.99 and £3.95 for the UK and between £3.00 and £10 for international locations. The delivery charges will be added to your cart once you select your delivery location (country) and before you enter your payment details. Please check the cart details before entering your payment method.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive;

i. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us unused, in its original packaging within 14 days for an immediate refund or exchange.
ii. For hygiene reasons earrings are not returnable or refundable.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
