Making a purchase on our site is designed to be as easy as possible. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. ii. We accept credit card payments through our provider Paypal (as used by Ebay). If you are shopping from outside of the UK your order will automatically be converted to your local currency by our service provider. iii. Shipping & Handling i. 2FOLDTz.com offers products & services from a range of business and trade partners. We encourage all of our partners to offer free delivery on the products they sell through our site where possible. However, due to the varied partners and nature of certain products we cannot guarantee free delivery on any orders, products or services. ii. Free Delivery is available on some orders, products, and services. iii. UK Delivery (when applied); a) UK delivery charges start from £0.99* b) Your order may require a signature on receipt. iv. Overseas shipping and delivery (when applied); a) Eire and the Channel Islands delivery charges start from- £0.99* b) Europe delivery charges start from - £2.99* c) USA/Canada delivery charges start from - £3.99* d) Elsewhere delivery charges start from - £5.99* iv. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to local import duties. Delivery Schedule Orders are usually despatched within 3 working days and delivery is within 4-14 working days from placing your order - dependent on the delivery location. Certain bespoke products can take longer although this only applies to a very small percentage of products. Any details on longer delivery times can be found on the trader or product pages. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We use our best endeavours to email you with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait. Although designs will look almost identical to images featured on the site there may be minor differences in the design of the product you receive. iii. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us unused, in its original packaging within 14 days for an immediate refund or exchange. ii. For hygiene reasons earrings are not returnable or refundable. iii.
